Robert Louis-Charles is a business psychologist, executive coach, and organizational strategy consultant who helps leaders and organizations transform from the inside out. With more than two decades of experience designing and delivering transformative learning experiences, Robert is recognized for his holistic approach that bridges performance, well-being, and inclusion. His impact spans both private and public sectors, where he has guided leaders, teams, and organizations through complex change and cultural transformation.
As the author and creator of The Underestimated Advantage™, Robert equips leaders to master the essential discipline of learning about themselves—deepening clarity, resilience, and confidence in how they lead. He brings this framework to life as Executive and Co-Founder of Big2Go, a consulting practice specializing in leadership development, organizational culture, and psychological safety. Through Big2Go, Robert partners with executives, nonprofit leaders, and government agencies to design and implement strategies that shift mindsets, build critical skills, and sustain behaviors that drive results while advancing human well-being.
A skilled facilitator, Robert is known for creating psychologically safe learning environments where individuals and teams can challenge assumptions, experiment with new practices, and strengthen leadership behaviors. His programs integrate inquiry, problem-solving, and diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices—empowering organizations to meet objectives while building cultures of belonging.
As an executive coach, Robert works with emerging and senior leaders navigating transitions, high-stakes decisions, and identity work. He is recognized for his calm, incisive presence—balancing structure and flexibility, listening deeply, and knowing when to challenge, encourage, or hold space.
His career also includes serving as a professor, instructional designer, and workforce development trainer, where he developed company-wide programs on leadership, navigating culture, allyship, intersectionality, and organizational change. Today, he continues to expand his impact as Co-Founder of several wellness-based businesses dedicated to advancing human and organizational flourishing.
Robert earned a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology (Spirit, Mind, Body Practice) from Columbia University and a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication from Seton Hall University, along with certifications in organizational communication, entrepreneurial studies, and change leadership. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Ohio Wesleyan University. He is currently authoring forthcoming works on leadership and self-mastery rooted in The Underestimated Advantage™.
