Presenting Persuasively
Turning Every Presentation—Virtual or In-Person—into a Moment of Influence
Attention is a perishable commodity. The test every speaker faces is capturing the audience’s attention and keeping it. While this is no small feat when you are face to face, the challenge increases significantly when you communicate over a virtual platform like Zoom or Teams.
The ability to be persuasive is no longer just a nice-to-have; it’s a must-have. The main principles for presenting persuasively apply across presentation modes. Today, the hybrid workplace requires all of us to have the skills to flexibly adapt as we move from one mode to the other.
Participants will have ample time to get advice on their questions and challenges, as well as an opportunity to test out the learnings and receive on-the-spot feedback from peers and the facilitator.
Participants will leave this program with a clear sense of the two or three essential practices they can hone to improve their next in-person or virtual delivery for increased impact and clarity.
