Meetings are part of organizational culture and can positively affect an organization when conducted and led effectively. Regardless of the complexity of the meeting, proper planning, informative and efficient facilitation, and diligent follow-up are essential to engage participants and achieve the intended results.
In this course, you will learn what is neccessary to prepare yourself and others for success through pre-meeting planning (the before-action projection,) lead and manage the meeting experience (facilitating in the moment,) and coordinate and monitor post-meeting action steps to promote quick action and accountability (the after-action reflection.)
With these tools in hand, you will be able to plan, lead, and follow through on meetings to get the job done and do it in an informative and engaging way that motivates people to want to attend, participate, take quick action, and be accountable for delivering on tasks.
