Participants will explore the common questions and reactions to change, understand why people resist it, and learn how to help themselves and others navigate the transition process.

Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, this workshop will provide actionable strategies for fostering resilience, reframing perspectives, and enhancing influence to create a more positive and productive response to change.

  • Differentiate between change and transition and explain the importance of addressing the human side of change within the workplace.

  • Identify common reasons for resistance to change, recognize typical reactions to change, and apply strategies to facilitate a more effective transition process for themselves and their teams.

  • Apply techniques to reframe one's perspective on change, expand one's capacity to influence situations, and develop behaviors that support navigating change with increased confidence and resilience.
