Participants will explore the factors that shape our “inner work life” - the blend of emotions, motivations, and perceptions we experience throughout the workday—and discover strategies to enhance workplace meaning and impact.
Through interactive discussions and practical insights, we will link these principles to organizational culture, equipping participants with actionable approaches to build and sustain an environment that supports growth, trust, and peak performance.

Explore links among psychological safety, creativity, and learning from mistakes, and ways to promote them through positive team/organizational culture, andImplement four leadership practices that help to create, sustain, and re-evaluate the level of psychological safety on teams and in work groups.s.
