Through hands-on experience, you will learn to create a robust LinkedIn profile to help build your brand and connect you with professionals, companies, and groups in your industry and beyond.

Discover what you need to know about connecting with individuals and groups, publishing content, contributing your thought leadership, and sharing and interacting with the posts of others.

You will learn to leverage the LinkedIn environment with focus, purpose, and clear goals. You will use your most important keywords and stories to connect and engage with others, grow your professional network, and position yourself for future success.

This workshop will benefit anyone who wants to create a LinkedIn profile for the first time or has a basic profile that needs improvement.

Description

  • Get started by setting up their profile with a strong foundation by creating an account, adjusting privacy settings, selecting a professional photo, and crafting a compelling headline and “About” section while showcasing their career experience and education,

  • Enhance their profile to strengthen their presence by highlighting accomplishments, adding relevant skills, certifications, and volunteer work, and gathering endorsements and recommendations to build credibility, and

  • Grow their network and expand their connections by engaging with peers and industry leaders, sharing insights through posts, interacting with others' content, and joining relevant organizations and affinity groups.
