Artful Resilience
A Creativity Retreat for Employee Caregivers
Artful Resilience is a nurturing and immersive one-day workshop designed for employees who are also caregivers to loved ones, friends, or others in their community.
Through art-based and mindfulness activities such as journaling, painting, collage, eco-art, creative writing, and gentle movement, participants will experience a restorative break from caregiving pressures.
By fostering creativity and community in a supportive environment, caregivers will leave with renewed energy, practical self-care strategies, and a personal toolkit to sustain their well-being.
This workshop is ideal for employees across all life stages who balance work responsibilities with caregiving duties - whether supporting children, aging parents, partners with health needs, or other loved ones. It’s designed for individuals, including the “sandwich generation,” who provide unpaid care while striving to maintain their professional roles, and who would benefit from creative self-care, emotional resilience, and community building in the workplace.
